Simulating Circuits with LTSpice
7:00 to 9:00 pm on April 25th, 2024, in the Maxwell Room
After solving a complicated circuit by hand how are you to know if the behavior is what you expected? How can I find a massive oscilloscope and component values that aren’t even available to test if it’s right? Well look no further because LTSpice is here to help simulate and check all of the behavior of your circuit problems from resistive networks to op-amp electronics. Come to our workshop to get a mastery of LTSpice and learn a little bit more about other simulation tools that exist and their applications to help you succeed as an engineering student and professional!

DAV Workshop 4
6:15 to 9:00 pm on April 24th, 2024 in the Faraday Room
OPS Lecture 9
6:00 to 7:00 pm on April 25th, 2024 in the Faraday Room
For our second to last lecture of the year, we're going back to communication protocols! We've used UART through the Arduino and HC-05, I2C with the OLED display, so it's now time to give SPI a chance! We'll be giving a refresher on communication protocols, as well as going into the magic of radio communication. So if you want to become the next big radio personality, this is the lecture for you!
WRAP Hardware Lecture
6:00 to 8:00 pm on April 26th, 2024 in the Faraday Room
HW Lecture on Smith Charts, S - parameters, and how we utilize them to design amplifiers!
