General Board Infosession

The Alumni Mentorship Program applications are now open to all IEEE members! This program aims to inspire, guide, and engage current IEEE members through the experienced guidance of IEEE alumni. Our mentors have a broad range of experiences in the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science industries/education. You will be matched to a mentor who can best provide advice on what you need. Want to change something about the EE curriculum at UCLA? Have feedback about an EE class that you have taken? Fill out the ECE Townhall Survey and come to the ECE Townhall! When: Monday of Week 7, November 13th, from 6-8pm Where: Shannon Room (Engineering IV - Room 54-134) Free pizza will be provided. PCB Design Workshop
6:30 to 8:30 pm on Nov 14th, 2023 in the Shannon Room
Utilizing Fusion 360, we will be covering the basics of PCB Design, ranging from schematics, to the three dimensional board design, and finishing touches to our final boards! For this workshop, please make sure to install Fusion 360 beforehand so that way we can cover as much as the PCB Design process as possible. As always no experience is required, all you need is your computer, mouse, and an open mind!

OPS PowerOPS 1

It's officially that time of the quarter: PowerOPS is coming your way on Thursday November 9th, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in the IEEE lab! In addition to OPS' regular lectures and projects, PowerOPS is meant to be a "power up" to any student's OPS education. This time in PowerOPS: Intro to Breadboarding! Students will have the opportunity to practice debugging breadboard circuits riddled with mistakes, testing their knowledge, and learning enormously valuable tricks in analyzing circuits. And: this PowerOPS will come with COOKIES!
Micromouse Lecture 3
6:00 to 7:00 pm on November 9th, 2023 in the Shannon Room
Your mouse can move and you can see how much it moved, but gosh.... it won't move consistent amounts :/. NO WORRIES, come to our PID Lecture and learn how to make it move smoothly, accurately, and consistently.
