Our last workshop and arguably the best is Rizz and Resumes! Come on out to our workshop for a quick presentation on what makes a good resume and how to best (professionally) rizz up corporate recruiters! Afterwards we’ll transition to an open space to draft up resumes as well as get immediate feedback from fellow officers and other alumni. That’s not all! Member of the Week
Eugenia Cho
Year and major: Sophomore, Electrical Engineering
Involvement with IEEE: Events Coordinator! & DAV 23-24, Micromouse 22-23
Hobbies: Checking out cafes with friends, cutting (ruining) my bangs, building mini lego figurines!
Favorite memory with IEEE: EVENTS COORDINATOR-ORGANIZED FALL PICNIC! It was our first event as ECs, and everyone participated actively, which we appreciated a lot. My favorite moment was when I allowed for *sabotages* in the middle of the relatively peaceful sponge-and-bottle game; the mayhem that followed was possibly more epic than many recent sports games.
Your most useless talent or fun fact: I can sleep through my roommate cooking ramen right next to me in the dorm.
What you would be doing if time and money were not an issue: Picking grapes in Italy under a wonderful blue sky accompanied by a pleasant breeze.
Piece of advice to our readers: Activate custom Do-Not-Disturb settings on your phone to help with productivity (while still keeping on notifs for what you consider to be critical)! And (try to) get good sleep at least every other day. Also, even if you are busy, keep in touch with friends by getting lunch/dinner meals with them at least a few times each week. We <3 our friends :)
