Behold! The final piece of the puzzle! Let’s recap what we’ve been able to do so far. We started with blinking an LED to spinning our motors, and now our rats know how to precisely move and turn set distances. The last step for us is to give our rats the gift of sight! After this lecture, your rats will be able to use IR sensors to see the walls around it and precisely navigate the maze.

Join the Outreach Committee!
Join the Outreach Committee! The purpose of this committee is to give back to our local community by providing resources and support in the form of workshops, panels, and exhibitions. If you are interested in helping students from local high schools and community colleges learn technical ECE skills, or speaking to prospective students at panels, consider joining the ECE Outreach Committee!
The interest form can be found here.
We already have some workshops and exhibits lined up for the upcoming school year, and we're really excited to see how we can impact the community around us. This committee is low commitment (you won't get kicked out if you don't attend an event), so don't worry about not having enough time, we would be happy if you can help out whenever you can!
Please feel free to ask Ryan, our Outreach Coordinator, or email outreach@ieeebruins.com if you have any questions regarding the committee.
